رقائق الكيل
بديل صحي مقرمش للشيبس
ممكن نستخدم كيل مجعد او الكيل الديناصوري هذا
يغسل الكيل جيدا. ثم تزال السيقان اليابسة من وسط الورقة (ممكن طبخها فهي مفيدة جدا، او ممكن اضافتها لكومة سماد الكومبوست)
نقطع الكيل إلى قطع حجم الشيبس.. تذكر أن الكيل سينكمش مع الطبخ، لذلك لا يفضل ان تكون القطع صغيرة جدا.
يجب تجفيف الكيل جيدا حتى يكون مقرمش
عندما تكون الاوراق جافة تماما، نضعها في وعاء ويضاف القليل من زيت جوز الهند. نبدأ مع حوالي ملعقة صغيرة لوعاء كامل من الكيل. ثم نفرك الزيت في كل من القطع من كل جانب.
نضيف المزيد من الزيت إذا وجب و لكن لا نريدها دهنية.
نضيف القليل من ملح البحر و فلفل paprika و الثوم البودر
نوزع قطع الكيل على ورق الخبز. تساعد الورقة على عدم حرق الكيل، و تسهل عملية التنظيف. يجب ان لا تتلامس الرقائق
تطبخ في فرن ١٥٠ درجة مؤية لمدة 10 دقائق، يجب مشاهدتها عن كثب. حتى لا تحترق لأن كل فرن يختلف.
ممكن عمل الرقائق بنكهات مختلفة مثل:
زيت السمسم و صويا سوس و سمسم
فلفل، كمون، ملح بحري، فلفل اسود
ملح بحري و فلفل كايين
ثوم و ليمون
جبن بارمزان
خل بالساميك
