Our beautiful vintage style reusable bulk food bag set has been designed to provide a convenient alternative for taking jars and containers to your local bulk food store.

The bulk food bags are also super handy to use when you would like to top up half filled containers at home. This means you no longer need to stock up on extra jars and containers on top of your current ones to use as “top up” containers, as our bulk food bags give you a light and compact way to top up as you need.

We love diverting existing waste from landfill which is why our bulk food bags are made from BPA free, food safe recycled plastic drink bottles.

Our bulk food bag set contains a large, medium and small bulk food bag along with our specially designed bulk food shopping tote. They are all conveniently stored in our innovative bulk food carry case which comes with an attached carabiner that can be clipped on to your bag and belt so you always have your bags On Ya.

Our Shopping tote boasts a double lined base and extra wide square gusset making it perfect for transporting bulk foods in both bags and jars.

Each of our bulk food bags feature the tare weight of the bag in both grams and ounces and they also have a clear window made of non-toxic, BPA & chlorine free PEVA. This window allows you to not only easily see what is inside your bag, but you can also write in that window the product, as well as any unique codes you may need when checking out. We recommend a coloured wax pencil or whiteboard marker only as permanent marker can be very difficult to remove. The window especially helpful when distinguishing products such as Self Raising and Plain Flour that otherwise look identical.

The volumes of the bulk food bags vary dependent on what you are putting in them. For example a small bag of flour is going to weigh more than a small bag of corn chips, but to give a rough idea we have modelled the look of our Bulk Food Bags on the classic 1kg/2lb and 2kg/4lb flour bags with the large being able to carry as much as 5kg/11lb.

Drinking enough water is important. Bottled water is not only expensive, it also carries a terrible environmental cost. In addition, it is best to avoid plastic and aluminum as they are associated with a host of health risks.

To stay properly hydrated a brilliant reusable bottle is required, one made from sound materials incorporating great design.

Onya drink bottles are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, the material of choice for the food and beverage industries. They don’t need to be lined and will never retain or leach flavours. No matter how many times you refill them, no matter what you put into them, the drinks in your Onya stainless steel drink bottle will always stay fresh and delicious.

With the perfect materials at hand, we set about designing the perfect bottle to match.

A curved ergonomic design means they don’t easily slip out of your hands. If they do get dropped, our stainless steel drink bottle is engineered to hinder common knocks. We want this bottle to last you a long time so it’s manufactured from the thickest possible grade of stainless steel, yet still as light weight as most reusable bottles.

Our stainless steel drink bottle has a wide mouth making it very easy to clean. This also helps if you like throwing in extras like ice, fruit or even smoothies.

Please note: The paint in your coloured Onya stainless steel drink bottle is completely lead and toxin free. This paint is durable, but to prolong it’s life, we do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher as high temperatures and strong dishwasher detergents can, eventually, cause the paint to chip and flake over time. The paintless brushed stainless steel drink bottle is the only bottle that is dishwasher safe

Because all of our lids are BPA-free, we DO NOT recommend putting them in the dishwasher. BPA-free lids are more brittle than common plastic lids, so the high temperatures of a dishwasher can cause the lid to become weaker over time which could lead to breakages.

What makes our shopping bags so good?

Our reusable shopping bags are made from rPet material – recycled plastic drink bottles.

With tonnes of single use plastic going in to landfill every day, we decided it was time to take action and our gorgeous range of reusable shopping bags was born.

It’s exciting to think that the bag you carry your shopping home in is made of “rubbish” otherwise destined for landfill.

You will find our bags super strong and they are often capable of holding far more than you may be able to carry!

Our lightweight bags are also incredibly compact. Folding up into a pouch the size of your fist, our shopping bags are super convenient to carry. They also feature a sturdy carabiner clip so you can clip your shopping bag onto your handbag or belt. Never leave your reusable shopping bags at home again!

The built-in shoulder strap also comes in very handy when you simply do not have enough hands. Inside the bag, you will find the pouch and drawstring with the carabiner attached. Simply clip the carabiner into the small caddy loop found on the inside near the bag opening, and your bag is now a tote.

The caddy loops on the inside of the bag opening can be used by the checkout attendant and slipped over the plastic bag dispenser most checkouts use. This allows the checkout attendant to more easily pack your shopping bags for you.

On the front of the bag you will find a small pocket. This is useful to hold your shopping list and pen or mobile phone and car keys, or any other small items.
