المكونات:

١.٣ كيلو طماطم ناضجة جدا،مقطعة بالطول

زيت الزيتون

٢ بصل ابيض مفروم

٦ فصوص من الثوم، مفروم

٢ ملعقة كبيرة. زبدة غير مملحة

١/٤ ملعقة صغيرة رقائق الفلفل الأحمر

١ عبوة طماطم معلب

٤ أكواب أوراق ريحان طازجة

١ ملعقة صغيرة. أوراق زعتر الطازج

٤ أكواب مرقة الدجاج او مرقة خضروات (استخدمت مرقة Kallo Tomato & Herb من سيفكو)

الطريقة:

١. سخن الفرن إلى200c 

٢. افرش الطماطم مع زيت زيتون في صينية الفرن مع رش ملح و فلفل. يشوى ل ٤٥ دقيقة

 

٣. على نار متوسطة، نضع قدر الشوربة و نقلى البصل والثوم مع ٢ ملعقة طعام من زيت الزيتون وزبدة

ورقائق الفلفل الأحمر حتى يصبح البصل شفاف، حوالي ١٠ دقيقة.

 

٤. يضاف الطماطم المعلب والريحان، والزعتر، ومرق الدجاج او المرق الذي تم اختياره. ثم يضاف الطماطم المشوي من الفرن. تترك الشوربة لتغلي على نار هادئة لمدة٤٠ دقيقة،

 

٥. يتم تضبيط الملح والفلفل حسب الذوق.

 

٦. نقل الشوربة إلى خلاط أو خلطها بخلاط اليد. يقدم مع اقراص جبن البارمزان المشوية
